Hitron Technologies has announced plans to acquire 100% of Perle Systems Limited, a global provider of device connectivity, console management, and networking infrastructure used across enterprise environments, including data centers that support AI workloads. With this acquisition, Hitron expands its portfolio and customer base to span consumer, broadband service providers, SMB, and enterprise markets, further strengthening its long-term growth strategy and global reach.

Perle brings nearly 50 years of expertise delivering highly reliable networking infrastructure used in data centers and enterprise environments worldwide. Its out-of-band management solutions, including IOLAN console servers, provide secure, independent access to critical infrastructure—ensuring networks remain accessible even during system or network outages. This capability is essential in modern data centers, including those supporting AI workloads, where continuous uptime, rapid troubleshooting, and resilient operations are mission-critical.

Beyond the data center, Perle enables robust industrial and IoT connectivity by bridging legacy equipment and remote assets to modern networks. Its portfolio—including cellular routers, fiber media converters, Ethernet extenders, industrial Ethernet switches, and serial device servers—connects distributed infrastructure, unlocks valuable operational data, and supports real-time monitoring and automation across industries.

With a portfolio of over 6,000 SKUs and a presence in more than 65 countries, Perle complements Hitron’s existing broadband and networking solutions. By combining the strengths of both companies, Hitron aims to expand its product portfolio, enhance its global footprint, and deliver more comprehensive, resilient solutions to customers worldwide.
